LIMITED MODEL CHECK
Smooth+ PTS12: match the code on the tool itself
Paul Mitchell lists its current Black 1.25-inch Smooth+ iron, item PTS12, at automatic 110-240V. Japan’s nominal 100V falls outside that published range. A matching voltage elsewhere does not establish suitability for use.
Use this limited screen only if the silver sticker on your own tool’s cord says PTS12 and its physical rating label says 110-240V, with the US electrical version confirmed. Packaging alone is not enough. PTS12 is an item code, not a verified internal appliance model. Older Express Ion Smooth+ and other current sizes or colors need their own item-code record.
VOLTAGE CHECK ONLY
This can identify a voltage mismatch. It cannot confirm that the tool is suitable for use.
PTS12US cord item code · 110-240V
Find this item code on the silver sticker attached to your tool’s cord, then check the voltage on its physical rating label. A code on the box alone is not enough. The internal appliance model remains unverified.
